If you are particularly happy with the service you receive from a Splento photographer you can rebook them for future photo-sessions. However, we cannot guarantee that the same photographer will be available on your required date. 

To ensure a seamless and on-demand service, we suggest you book as normal and let us provide you with the closest available professional photographer. All our photographers are equally skilled and we can guarantee great quality, no matter what.

What a lot of people don’t know is that a third of a freelance photographer's time is spent searching for and managing clients and another third is spent retouching photos. This means that only a fraction of their time is spent doing the work they actually love to do — taking photographs! 

By taking client acquisition and photo retouching out of the equation for photographers, we can offer considerably cheaper prices to customers and keep photographers happier. 

By booking with the same photographer, outside of Splento, you will pay double or triple rates for the same service and there is no guarantee you will get your photos within 48 hours.

We now operate in all major cities WORLDWIDE: To book a photographer outside London please email us at splento@splento.com or call +44 20 8123 1838 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.The minimum amount of notice required outside the UK is 24 hours.

Splento’s photographers are available 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm - these times refer to the earliest and latest available appointment times.

Yes, you can. If you are B2B client you have the option to pay within 7 days

We understand that plans can change, so we do allow you to cancel or reschedule your photo or video session. Please see our Cancellation Policy here.

We are usually able to fulfill these types of requests, however, it is subject to availability for your specified dates. Please contact our team if you have any specific requirements.

For an extra £98, we can send you all of the raw files (unedited photographs) from your photo session. Just select this option at checkout.

Yes, we do. You can order printed photos once your gallery is ready. You can order a pack of 12 square photos printed on 350 GSM card with a matte finish. The photo size is 9.75 x 9.75 cm (3.84 x 3.84 in).

Splento provides videography for pretty much any event or occasion, from a wedding, special occasion and charity events to drone footage. Find out about our videography services here.

Once you’ve booked your video session with Splento, you’ll be asked to fill in two briefs:

The video shooting brief - who, what, when, where and how the video will be shot;

The editing brief - how you’d like your finished video to be presented. 

This will help us collect the information we need.

Yes, editing is available automatically as part of our All-Inclusive package, or available as an add-on for other packages. Find out more here.

In the same way, as our photographers are chosen - videographers are selected from only the top 1% of applications, so quality and professionalism are assured.

For B2B customers we have an option to “Pay Later in 7 days”, an invoice will be sent to you.

We are currently working on an improvement to allow you to view the photos in full size. In the meantime, if you need to view any of the photos in full size, please contact us.

Once payment has been received by Splento, the gift card will be delivered to you or your appointed recipient.

To redeem your gift card, make a book through the portal at www.splento.com. Select the ‘Enter a promo code or gift card’ option on that page and use your gift card code.

Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards are valid until either until fully redeemed or until the expiry date, whichever is sooner.

If you do not use the complete balance value of your gift card for one booking, you may continue to use the remaining balance for future orders. The original expiry date will not change.

A maximum of 1 gift card can be used per booking; if the total value of the booking exceeds the total value of the gift card, then the price difference may be paid by credit/debit card or by using PayPal.

To check the available balance of an existing gift card, simply email splento@splento.com, or check your account balance at Splento Account – www.splento.com/profile/login

Once delivered, any risk of damage to or loss of the gift card passes to the recipient. Splento shall not be responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. Please note that each gift card is individual and is identified by a unique serial number. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, nor will the balance be retrievable by any other means. All sales of gift cards are final and will not be refunded. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

No, the balance on your card cannot be exchanged for cash. But it can be used as payment or part payment against any of our services currently being offered.

In the event of a refund (partial or full) being required for the booking, then this shall be made in the same manner as payment was received. If a booking was paid in part by a gift card, then the first part of the refund will be in gift card form, up to the value of the original gift card. Any excess refund amount then still due will be refunded in the same method as the excess balance was paid (e.g. Credit/debit card or PayPal).

The gift card recipient must be aged 18 years or over.

You may not use your gift card to purchase (in part or whole) gift cards or other promotions that Splento may offer from time to time. It may not be used as payment or part payment for Splento merchandise from Splento Store. Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or discount.

Gift cards may become subject to additional restrictions as determined by Splento from time to time in its sole discretion.

You can update your contact information at any time. Simply log in to your account and update your information on the ‘Profile’ tab. Please refer to the Community team if you are experience any problems. 

Live Imaging requires fast-track uploading of RAW files. We expect you to shoot your brief alongside uploading batches of images every hour to our admin system. This requires you to take your laptop & ensure wifi connection or a portable hotspot prior to the event. We recommend quickly selecting your best images to upload and leaving this uploading whilst continuing to shoot. 

Mobile Studio requires a portable studio set up at the event with studio portraits/products/objects taken. Information of this should be included as an extra in your brief. This requires: 2 studio lights and a pop-up background (1.5mx2m).

You can save the Pro App site as an icon to your home screen by clicking 'save to home screen' when prompted for the first time. The site will automatically prompt you when accessing it for the first time.
 

We recommend using the Pro App site for notification purposes only as it is a test version - it will prompt you when using the site for the first time to 'allow notifications'. You can access your notification settings in your profile to 'allow push notifications'.

Not less than 24 hours before - to check the brief and any extra requests. Extra requests must be approved via Splento's team so please get in touch with us straight away.

Splento allows you to book one of our carefully vetted professional photographers with as little as four hours’ notice. 

We match you with a photographer who specialises in the type of photography you require, based on their location and availability. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. 

Once a photographer is matched, you will receive a second email notifying you of this.

We are vigilant about the photographers we select to join Splento. We interview all of our photographers, going through a 4 stage process to ensure that they are fully qualified in their area of expertise. 

We accept only the highest quality photographers with a history of excellence in customer satisfaction. 

All of our photographers are excellent and guaranteed to capture your special moments in the best possible way.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your photographer’s contact details. Your photographer will usually contact you shortly after the booking is confirmed, to discuss your requirements in detail.

At the moment we are able to offer portable mobile studios. We may offer other studio space in the future - watch this space!

Your photographs will be with you within 48 hours. Once they are ready, you will receive an email containing a link to access them.

Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email and believe you should have done, please contact us here.

All of our photographers are equally experienced and qualified and there is no difference in the level of service you will receive from any of them. Our automated matching system will pair you with a photographer who is qualified for the type of photography you require - this way, we can guarantee amazing results.

Exactly the opposite. Splento is not the "budget" photography option. 

Most professional photographers charge hundreds of dollars for an hour of their time because they need to cover many more hours of business administration. They need to handle their own marketing, billing, networking, branding and much more. 

Splento does all this for them, enabling photographers to spend much more of their time shooting which means they can charge much less per hour for the same excellent work.

Usually up 100 photos per hour, however, it depends on the type of the session — for example, headshots will be fewer, trade shows will be more.
