Every photo on every listing goes through the same checks, from sharpness and lighting to whether the dish still reads at thumbnail size, and comes out with one score out of 100. Some checks count for more than others, and we share the scorecard, so you can see exactly what is measured and change how much each one counts.

Two things: the scope, meaning which merchants, cities or markets you want covered, and your brand guidelines. From there we work from your public listings ourselves. If you would rather hand the data over, we will take it by API, as JSON, as a spreadsheet, or in whatever form you already keep it. Nothing we do writes to your listings.

No. Same ingredients, same portion. Every refresh starts from the photograph already on the listing, and what changes is the photograph, not what is on the plate.

Nothing. They stay exactly as they are, and you are not charged for them. The score is what decides, so you are never paying to redo work that is already fine.

No. There is nothing for them to install, upload, approve or learn. It is your catalogue and your call.

Refreshed photos, named the way your system expects. They are delivered via API, in a gallery, or as a folder of files, whichever suits you. Putting them live on the listing stays with you.

Once a batch has been scored, the refreshed images arrive within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Scanning and scoring a large catalogue takes longer, and we give you that timeline before we start.
