High Output Management


Three questions great employees must ask themselves on a regular basis to stay relevant:

1) Am I adding real value or merely doing my job? How am I adding value?

2) Am I plugged into what’s happening around me, both inside my company and industry as a whole? Or do I wait for my managers and colleagues to tell me and interpret whatever is happening?

3) Am I trying new ideas, techniques, methodologies and hypothesis. Not just reading about them, but actually trying them. Or do I wait for others to figure out how they can re-engineer our work and workplace – and me out of that workplace?
