1. Roman Abramovich – $1.6b

Roman Abramovich has invested $1.6bn with Millhouse LLC. Millhouse, Inc. PLC is a listed international diversified funds management business with its securities quoted on Deutsche Börse.

2. Yaсov Nachmanovich – $691.7m

Yaсov Nachmanovich is a partner at Fort Ross Ventures which has 28 investments of approximately $691,700,000 since 2018. Fort Ross Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in early growth stage startups with proven product technology.

3. Yuri Milner – $688m

Yuri Milner has invested $688,000,000 with DST Global. DST Global is an investment firm that funds late-stage ventures in the internet industry.

4. Edward Shenderovich – $449.9m

Edward Shenderovich has made six investments with Kite Ventures totalling approximately $449,900,000 since 2014. Kite Ventures is a global venture investment company specializing in marketplace and transactional network investments.

5. Ivashentseva Elena – $442m

Ivashentseva Elena is the Senior Partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partners. Baring Vostok Capital Partners Limited is a venture capital investing in sectors such as natural resource extraction, mass media and telecommunications, utilities, construction materials, speciality manufacturing, real estate development, residential real estate development, internet, software, retail, and service management.

6. Artem Gurevich – $350.6m

Artem Gurevich is the director of Flashpoint. Flashpoint is an international asset management firm investing in tech businesses. Flashpoint has invested approximately $350,600,000 since 2020.

7. Dmitry Kamensky – $330m

Dmitry Kamensky is a partner at Baring Vostok Capital Partners and has made three partner investments. Kamensky has invested $330,000,000 in ivi. Ivi is a video-on-demand platform that brings the traditional television experience online with a free video player.

8. Len Blavatnik – $323m

Len Blavatnik has invested approximately $323,000,000 as an angel investor. His most recent investment was $110,000,000 in Passage Bio.

9. Alexander Konoplyasty – $300m

Alexander Konoplyasty has invested $300,000,000 with Flashpoint Venture Capital. Flashpoint Venture Capital invests in software companies founded by entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, Baltics, CIS, Finland and Israel. 

10. Ilya Sherbovich – $153.6m

Ilya Sherbovich is the president of United Capital Partners.  United Capital Partners is an independent, private investment group that manages the assets of its partners and co-investors. The disclosed amount of lead investments by United Capital Partners totals $153,600,000.

11. Alexander Frolov – $150m

Alexander Frolov has invested $150,000,000 with Target Global. Target Global is an international venture capital investing in fast-growing tech companies, targeting trillion dollar markets. 

12. Daniel Gusev – $90m

Daniel Gusev is the Managing Partner at Gauss Ventures. Gauss Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm. Gauss Ventures has made six disclosed lead investments, to the amount of $90,890,000.

13. Kenges Rakishev – $73m

Kenges Rakishev has invested $73,000,000 with Fastlane Ventures. Fastlane Ventures is a company focused on the development, launch and promotion of innovative internet businesses.

14. Victor Remsha – $60m

Victor Remsha has invested $60,000,000 with FINAM Global. FINAM Global is a Russian private equity fund focused on growth capital and buy-outs in the TMT sector.

15. Dmitry Chikhachev – $50m

Dmitry Chikhachev has invested approximately $50,000,000 with Runa Capital. Runa Capital is an international venture capital firm that invests in deep tech, cloud business software, fintech, edutech and digital health startups in the early stages.

16. Gleb Davidyuk – $41m

Gleb Davidyuk is the Managing Partner at iTech Capital. Davidyuk has made eight lead partner investments totalling $41,000,000.

17. Serguei Beloussov – $40m

Serguei Beloussov has invested approximately $40,000,000 with Runa Capital. Runa Capital is an international venture capital firm that invests in deep tech, cloud business software, fintech, edutech and digital health startups in the early stages.

18. Mikhail Chuchkevich – $35m

Mikhail Chuchkevich has invested approximately $35,000,000 with Bright Capital. Bright Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in a broad range of breakthrough and disruptive technology companies.

19. Sergey Fradkov, Michael Averbach – $35m

Sergey Fradkov and Michael Averbach are partners at RSV Venture Partners. RSV Venture Partners is an early-stage venture fund and a mentorship-driven startup incubator. RSV Venture Partners has made 14 investments. Their most recent investment was on Dec 13, 2019, when EdCast raised $35,000,000.

20. Alexander Chachava – $30m

Alexander Chachava has invested approximately $30,000,000 with LETA Capital. LETA Capital is a VC fund, investing in early-stage disruptive b2b software startups from Eastern Europe and Israel.

21. Viktor Prokopenya – $27m

Viktor Prokopenya has invested approximately $27,000,000 with VP Capital. VP Capital is a global investment company engaged in the tech sector and real estate assets.

22. Alexander Galitsky – $26.6m

Alexander Galitsky has invested $26,600,000 with Almaz Capital. Almaz Capital is an international venture capital firm investing in early-stage, capital-efficient technology companies.

23. Dmitry Grishin – $22.3m

Dmitry Grishin is a founding partner of Grishin Robotics, which has made six investments totalling $22,300,000. Grishin Robotics is a VC firm, focused on robotics and IoT.

24. Alexey Alexanov – $20m

Alexey Alexanov has invested approximately $20,000,000 with Cabra VC. Cabra VC invests in high-growth technology companies with a focus on global markets.

25. Igor Ryabenkiy – $20m

Igor Ryabenkiy has invested approximately $20,000,000 with AltaIR Capital. AltaIR Capital manages funds that invest in the world’s most promising companies with disruptive ideas and great return potential. AltaIR invests in early and growth-stage startup companies in various sectors. 

26. Alexandra Zotova, Alexander Piskunov – $17m

Alexandra Zotova and Alexander Piskunov are partners at Ruvento, Ruvento Ventures is a seed capital firm that funds the best teams in IoT, robotics, and emerging technologies across the USA and Asia. Ruvento has made investments contributing towards funds of $17,090,000.

27. Alexander Turkot – $11.234m

Alexander Turkot is the Founder and Managing Partner of Maxfield Capital Partners, a venture fund with a focus on early-stage IT and internet projects. Turkot has made four partner investments with Maxfield Capital totalling $11,234,000.

28. Pavel Terentiev – $10.7m

Pavel Terentiev is the Managing Partner at AddVenture. AddVenture is an international venture capital fund with a sector-focused strategy. AddVenture has made 46 investments. Their most recent disclosed lead investments in WashMen and BestDoctor total approximately $10,700,000.

29. Vitaly Demidov – $8.9m

Vitaly Demidov is a partner at Guard Capital. Guard Capital has made four lead investments totalling $8,900,000. Guard Capital is a Moscow-based private equity and venture capital fund that caters to telecom and internet projects.

30. Lev Leviev – $8m 

Lev Leviev has invested $8,000,000 with LVL1 Group. LVL1 Group is a private investment management firm, operating across different asset classes and geographies.

31. Mikhail Taver – $6.5m

Mikhail Taver has invested $6,500,000 with Gagarin Capital Partners. Gagarin Capital is a venture fund that invests in early-stage artificial intelligence companies from around the world.

32. Dmitry Smirnov – $6.5m

Dmitry Smirnov is the General Partner at Flint Capital, an international venture capital fund investing in technology-driven companies. Flint Capital has been the lead investor in Sensi.Ai’s fundraising rounds, where they raised $6,500,000.

33. Mike Tsygankov – $6m

Mike Tsygankov is an Investment Committee Member at Leader AM. Leader AM is an asset management and investment firm that invests in high-tech projects with a potential for growth in capitalization. Leader AM’s most recent disclosed lead investment was $6,000,000 in iiko.

34. Stanislav Kosorukov – $6m

Stanislav Kosorukov is the investment director at Prostor Capital. Prostor Capital is a venture capital fund that finances early-stage technology companies. Their most recent lead investments were $3,000,000 in Federal Finance and AdMoment, respectively.

35. Nick Davidov – $5.7m

Nick Davidof’s most recent partner investment was $ 5,700,000 in ID R&D with Gagarin Capital Partners. He has also made several undisclosed individual investments.

36. Sergey Solonin – $5m

Sergey Solonin has invested approximately $5,000,000 as an angel investor. Most recently Solonin invested $1.5M in EBAC Online, in January 2021. 

37. Bogdan Iarovoi – $4.5m

Bogdan has invested a total of approximately $4,500,000 from 2020 -2021 with SmartHub. He has made 26 investments. SmartHub invests in promising technology startups with global ambitions and a potential valuation of at least $100M within the next five years. Since 2020, SmartHub has invested in IntelliBoard and Careerist.

38. Yury Melnichek – $4.5m

Yury Melnichek has invested approximately $4,500,000 with Bulba Ventures. Bulba Ventures aspires to improve the quality of human lives by funding machine learning startups.

39. Sergey Dashkov – $3.76m

True Global Ventures has invested a total of approximately $3,760,000 from 2019 -2021. True Global Ventures is a unique, international, early-stage vehicle formed by the world’s leading technology entrepreneurs-turned-angel-investors. True Global Ventures leverages the personal networks and expertise of its founders to support its portfolio companies in 9 cities and three continents.

40. Vyacheslav Dernovsky – $3.26m

Vyacheslav Dernovsky is the Innovative Development Expert at Leorsa Innovations. Leorsa Innovations is a venture company investing in global business, and has been the leader in 3 investments in the mobile app startup Cups, totalling $3,260,000.

41. Alexander Lazarev – $2.4m

Alexander is currently involved in several Maxfield investments, including eMoov (Property Tech), Patients Know Best (eHealth), Pave (FinTech), Mercaux (Smart Retail), nCryptedCloud (Security) and HealthPrint (eHealth). Alexander Lazarev invested in Homewings on May 4, 2018. This investment was valued at $2,400,000.

42. Dmitry Shurygin – $2.13m

Dmitry Shurygin has made 13 investments. The disclosed amount of investments totals approximately $2,130,000 in Via.Delivery, HyPoint, Sdelano, and Lina Lifeark.

43. Maxim Nazarov – $1.5m

Maxim Nazarov is the investment director at FinSight Ventures. FinSight focuses on FinTech and Enterprise Software companies bringing digital transformation to banking, finance, insurance and related sectors. In 2020 FinSight invested $1,500,000 in Ailet, a retail tech company.

44. Sergey Chetverikov – $1.45m

Sergey Chetverikov is the Managing Partner at Vesna Investment. Vesna Investment offers financing for internet start-ups. During the post-investment stage, Vesna Investment will become an active partner. Vesna Investment has made six investments totalling $1,450,000.

45. Alexander Elenskiy – ​ ​$1.15m

Healthcare and tech investor and entrepreneur Alexander Elenskiy has invested $1,150,000 in Genomera. Genomera is a collaboration platform for group health science, enabling participants to design and operate scientific health studies.

46. Dmitry Eremeev – $1.1m

Dmitry Eremeev has invested $1,100,000 as an angel investor. Eremeev’s most recent investments were in Komnata Quest and Movika.

47. Kirill Mazur – $1m

Kirill Mazur is the Managing Partner at Imperious Group VC. Imperious Group is a venture capital firm specializing in pre-seed, seed-stage and Series A stage investments in the Fintech sector. Imperious Group has made three lead investments totalling $1,000,000. 

48. Oleg Koujikov – $534k

Oleg Koujikov is the Venture Partner at Maxfield Capital. Maxfield Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in global early-stage technology companies. Maxfield Capital’s most recent lead investment was £534,000 in 3S Money.

49. Pavel Korolev – $135.5k

Pavel Korokov is the CEO of Pulsar Venture Capital. Pulsar Venture Capital, a business acceleration program, offers financing and mentorship to cleantech, robotics, and electronics startups. Their most recent lead investment was $135,000 in Kwiwit.

50. David and Daniil Liberman – $100k

David and Daniil Liberman have invested $100,000 with their VC, Brothers Ventures.
