Barratt London is one of the leading residential developers in London. Over 60 years they have been designing, building and selling big residential developments tailored to the needs of their customers, as well as local communities.

Nine Elms Point is the Barratt London’s new project, that will deliver 647 modern apartments and penthouses spread over seven different buildings, and all of them have a full range of amenities available to use including fitness suites, private cinema room, 24-hour concierge service, business lounge, and many more.

AIMS

As the main goal of Barratt London is to reach a wider audience by raising awareness of the accommodation and, eventually, sell the apartments and penthouses at the Nine Elms Point, our main goal was to provide the high-quality visual marketing materials that could help them reach their targets. Therefore, our task was to create the high-quality video of an interview with Dorothee Brisdoux from Barratt London and Khalil Rehman from London & Country, that Barratt London could use for the marketing purposes.

EXECUTION

Our videography team has successfully followed the client’s brief, which included the mobile studio, additional light equipment for each person during the interview, custom music for the background, as well as the fly-through footage recorded by the drone. We have involved one videographer, one drone operator and one video editor to complete this job and delivered the final version within 48 hours after the session. Apart from that, for the marketing purposes, we’ve also added logos of Nine Elms Point, Barratt London and London & Country to the final version of the video. 

ACHIEVEMENTS

We’ve delivered the 4:52 minutes video of an interview overlapping with the footage of interior design at the Nine Elms Point and the fly-through footage recorded by the drone. The footage was processed and edited and was made accessible to the client in under 48 hours. Barrat London team was happy with the final results, and we have already provided photography and videography services for many of their other projects.
