Sounds familiar? Right?

Just like you – I love reading, and Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited offer sounded like the best thing since sliced bread. But when I tried to register – that’s what I got: “Computer says no”.

I’ve been with Amazon for decades, I use Amazon Prime and have gigabytes worth of books on Kindle, yet it wouldn’t allow me to sign up.

I searched all over the internet for the answer and no answer could be found.

I decided to contact Amazon’s Customer Support, but guess what – it’s not easy to locate the right link to contact them.

After a few minutes of searching I did manage to find the right link with the right people to contact.

You can contact Customer Support simply by logging in to your account and jumping straight into their chat: https://www.amazon.co.uk/message-us

It may take a while and you may get messages like the one below, but with enough patience you may get the right response.

What was the reason and the solution? 

Apparently, I was logged in under my Amazon.com account, but I needed to be logged in under Amazon.co.uk 🙂
